Back to Idaho

So, for those of you that don't know: We've moved back to Idaho! We're living in Aberdeen again. We were really missing it, so we were thrilled when Derek's former boss offered Derek his old job back with a pay increase. We actually moved on December 1st, but it has taken me this long to feel settled in our house. We are renting a home on 9 acres right now, and the kids are loving having the space to run.

About a week after we moved in, it snowed. The kids had a blast playing outside. Andi didn't know what to do. She hasn't played in snow. She was too little when we moved to California. Now she wants to be outside every day!

We also were able to make our yearly, traditional gingerbread houses. This year I cheated and bought a kit from Walmart.
